WOCN is partnering with the Armed Forces to offer the Wound Treatment Associate (WTA) Program to military nurses, medics/corpsmen, and civilian nurses working in military facilities. The goal is to make the program available to eligible personnel worldwide; the first course will be offered at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda, MD.
The program has been funded through a wound care education grant from the Henry Jackson Foundation and is available for those who meet eligibility requirements.
